This is a Jewish Meditation practice group that started a year ago. We meet two Sundays a month from 4:30-6 in Denver. All are welcome. Drop in any time. Typical meetings include instruction, sitting, chanting, short teaching, and walking meditation. No cost, but donations are accepted.

This is a group for young Jews in their 20's, 30's, and early 40's who desire meaningful spiritual, cultural, philanthropic, educational and social experiences.
